All delivery times are tagged at the checkout section. Once you place an order, you should receive a confirmation email which states your estimated delivery time. Usually, Delivery takes 1-3 business days to places in Dar es Salaam, 3-7 business days to Around Africa, and 5-10 business days internationally. There are also express options at checkout to Dar es Salaam central addresses.
Yes we do. There are different shipping costs for the different countries outside Nigeria which you will be able to navigate through at checkout. Please note that there might be custom fees on some shipments. In the event that custom fees are incurred, these fees are liable to the receiver. Delivery takes 5-10 business days internationally.

We have a store at Namanga, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania where you can shop with us, or pickup purchased items. To choose a pickup option, select pick up as the delivery option during checkout.
Yes you can. Requests for order cancellation and changes should be done at the earliest as no requests for cancellations or changes can be honored after orders have shipped.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products we sell – we will in most cases not be able to offer refunds or exchanges. We can only offer refunds/exchanges when the order has not left our store.

We are open Mondays to Saturdays from 10am to 6pm. We are also open on public holidays.
