- “Necha”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Necha Limited.
- “You”, “your” refers to the user or customer.
- “Platform” refers to our website and all related digital services.
- “Products” refers to goods sold on our platform.
- User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register and make purchases on Necha. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally capable of entering a binding contract.
- Account Registration
To place orders, you may be required to register an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
- Notifying us immediately of unauthorized account use
Necha reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.
- Orders and Payments
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through Service (โPurchaseโ), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including but not limited to, your credit or debit card number, the expiration date of your card, your billing address, and your shipping information. You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. We may employ the use of third-party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
- Placing an Order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the product(s). We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.
- Payment
We accept payments through secure, approved gateways including mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money), debit/credit cards, and bank transfers. All prices are in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) unless otherwise stated.
- Order Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email once your payment is processed. This does not signify final acceptance โ we may cancel the order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
- Shipping and Delivery
We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes provided at checkout. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery fees, timelines, and regions covered will be clearly communicated at checkout. Necha is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
- Returns and Refunds
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- You notify us within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, in original packaging, and resalable
- You provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase
NECHA Company Limited does not give refunds on purchases. However, in some cases you may be compensated in credit or kind for errors on our path. We issue refunds for Contracts within 0 days of the original purchase of the Contract.

- Product Availability and Pricing
Product availability and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product information at any time. If an error affects your order, we will notify you before processing.
- Intellectual Property
All content on Necha (logos, images, text, software) is the property of Necha Limited or its licensors and protected under Tanzanian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written permission.
- Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:

- Interfere with platform functionality or security
- Upload harmful code (viruses, malware)
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Engage in fraudulent activities
Violation may result in legal action and termination of your account.
- Limitation of Liability
Necha is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Losses arising from the use or inability to use our platform
- Issues caused by third-party service providers
To the fullest extent allowed by Tanzanian law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republican of Tanzania, which governing law applies to agreement without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding Service.
- Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies your acceptance of the revised Terms. You are advised to review this page periodically.
